Windup Games is a video game development studio based in Umeå, in northern Sweden. We create games and jobs that inspire playfulness, give comfort, and allow people to thrive.
We’re building a multiplayer 3D adventure game, with the intent to provide millions of people with something both joyful and meaningful. We’d like your help to make it awesome!
Team
The team is a mix of old and new - some of us have decades in the industry, others are just starting. We’re building a diverse and excellent group. We’ve got experience, energy, lots of love for the craft, and on top of that - very solid financial backing. The studio has a strong foundation, and with your help we’ll be even stronger.
Our Goal
Our goal is simple: Maximize feel-good! To achieve this, we start by building a fantastic work environment, where we increase autonomy to empower creativity. Next, we make games in that spirit - playful, creative, and positive games for a broad audience. Then we use our gains to do it all over again, but even nicer - for us and our players.
